TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Please read through the terms & conditions carefully.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of  £50 is payable at the time of  booking, then the remaining balance to be paid in full four weeks before arrival. 

CANCELLATION:
You should notify us of cancellation by telephone, and follow this with a letter by first class mail. If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the booking and we are able to re-let your deposit will be returned. If this is not the case your deposit may be forfeit. Persons failing to notify us of cancellation or having to leave early for any reason will be liable to pay the whole cost of their booking.

BED LINEN:
Provided free of charge but NOT Towels (except by special arrangement).

PETS:
Dogs are welcome,  but are only allowed on the understanding that they will not be left unattended in the Chalet or Cottage, not allowed to lie on the furniture. Outside  dogs must be under control at all times and kept on a lead.

ADMISSIONS & EVICTIONS:
Persons causing unreasonable damage or annoyance may be asked to leave. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission for any just reason and refund of monies paid will depend on the cost of any damage done, and any other loss to the proprietors.

VEHICLES:
Vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at their owners risk.

MINORS:
Bookings from those under 18 cannot normally be accepted.

AVAILABILITY:
If due to circumstances beyond our control, the chalet or Cottage is not available (e.g due to fire) a full refund will be made and every effort will be made to suggest alternative accommodation
